At Kianda Foundation, we believe in the power of chess to nurture strategic thinking, boost cognitive skills, and instil a sense of discipline. To make this vision a reality, we are embarking on a mission to give this opportunity to young girls from schools that do not have access to extracurricular activities, to set up their individual chess clubs in their areas. But we need YOUR support to provide them with the essential tools they need to succeed.
🌟 Chess Board Acquisition 🌟
To kickstart our chess clubs, we aim to acquire chess boards for each of the 20 pioneer girls who have already been trained. These boards are not just pieces of wood; they represent opportunities, growth, and empowerment. For just KSH 1,500 per board, we can make this dream come true for these enthusiastic young minds who want to pass their knowledge to their peers. Our goal: KSH 30,000 for 20 boards.
